It is also the simplest, cheapest way to convert currencies for foreign sales. You can open a case against the seller, and if the seller cannot prove they shipped you a package, PayPal could give you a refund.called a charge-back. If you pay for something that is never shipped to you, you do have some recourse through PayPal. I suggest PayPal for increasing the safety of transactions with people you don't know. I merely offer a place where boot buyers and sellers get together. I don't personally know the majority of the people who advertise here. Your ad can stay up as long as you need it to-even years-but I do I apologize that this is less convenient, but spams were increasing exponentially.
